Laguna Blue (Monster High) by Holly Ervin
I don't know if I should love Laguna more or less. Normally, by favorite character is whichever one has a connection to the ocean or fish (I'm looking at you, Aquaman!). This time, however, it's always Ghoulia or Frankie that wins my heart. Gotta love Laguna's accent, though.
